User Content

Users are solely responsible for all content they publish on the platform, including reviews, comments, and images. Publishing offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, false content, or content that infringes third-party rights is strictly prohibited.

Content Moderation

GeCoMusic.com reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content published by users, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Users can report inappropriate content using the "Report" button on each review.

Review Disclaimer

Reviews published on GeCoMusic.com are not verified. The site does not guarantee that reviewers have actually purchased from or visited the reviewed store. All opinions expressed reflect solely the personal views of the author.

No Paid Reviews Policy

GeCoMusic.com does not accept or solicit payments from store owners for removing negative reviews or publishing positive ones. Any attempt to manipulate reviews is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

GeCoMusic.com is an aggregation platform and is not responsible for user-published content, any damages arising from the use of the service, or the accuracy of store information. Users use the service at their own risk.

User Identification

While allowing the use of nicknames, GeCoMusic.com retains registration data (email, IP address) for all users. This data may be provided to competent authorities in case of reports of defamation or other offenses, as required by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

GeCoMusic.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice and without obligation to provide reasons.

Barter System (User-to-User Exchanges)

GeCoMusic.com acts solely as a Pure Classifieds notice board to facilitate record exchanges between private collectors. The platform does not handle money, shipping, or logistics. Any tax obligations arising from an exchange (e.g. VAT, income tax, DAC7 reporting requirements) are the user's sole responsibility. GeCoMusic.com is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or origin of exchanged items. Suggested meeting points (partner record stores) are purely indicative; the user assumes all logistical and personal safety risks. GeCoMusic.com is not liable for any disputes between users arising from an exchange. The user declares under their own responsibility that they are the legitimate owner of the items offered for exchange and that the items are not counterfeit or of illegal origin.
